Breeding
To be bred in this game, dogs must be at least 1 year old (GT). Only pure-breds may be bred, (breeds with varieties, like Collies, and Dachshunds may be interbred).

To breed dogs just send an email to the game, with "Breeding" in the Subject line. With the following information.
Registration Names & Numbers of the parents. That's it! You will be then told if a breeding took or didn't take. If it took you'll be given a due date.

If you are leasing a female to another player, you both need to email the game the following information, the girl's Registered Name & Number, and how much the fee is (if there is no fee, tell us, if it's in exchange for a puppy - tell us). The person leasing the female is responsible for the dog for 1 month real time.

Same procedure for using another player's stud dog. Only, the player using your stud isn't responsible for him for any length of time.

If you are confused or have a question email the game.

Sales & Ownership Transfers
To sell or transfer the ownership of a dog is quite simple. Both players involved have to email the game with the Registration Number and Name of the dog (or Dogs), and how much the purchase price is (if the dog is being given tell us, if you are trading for another dog, just give us the same information for that dog). Make sure the subject line is "Sold Dog(s)" ... or if you are buying "Bought Dog(s)".

Required Supplies & Housing
The following housing is needed: Runs (can by purchased singly, or in buildings of 15). You can keep up to 2 dogs with out Runs or Kennel Buildings. They are considered "in your house". If you fail to have proper housing by the due date the "humane society" can remove your dogs & put them up for adoption.

Every player needs 2 Stainless Steel dishes per dog, all other supplies are optional.

Please see the Construction & Supply pages for more information.

Qualities

Qualities are a number, or series of numbers assigned to your dog, they are there to help you make your breeding decisions. Qualities come in 2 ways. 1st is the Puppy Quality (this is also for Starters). It's a Number from 1-25. Nothing should be read into this quality number, and breeding isn't recommended based on that number. The higher the number though, usually the better the dog.

Now when your dog gets it's championship, you can request a full quality, which will be 4 numbers structure-gait-coat/color(total). The highest number possible varies from breed to breed and gets higher as breeding programs progress.

Lets just assume for a moment, that you have a dog you'd like to breed. It isn't finished yet, so all you have is a puppy quality. You want an idea as to what it's full quality would be. You can request a 'breeding' quality from the game for a small fee of $75 (game cash of course), you'll receive 3 numbers between 1 & 10 (structure-gait-coat/color). They are based on what your dog's Champion quality would be. But you should still request it's Champion quality once your dog finishes (Champion Qualities are free).
